Winners of “Gayo Awards for LGTB Cinema and Television” 2005

Homocine, the website to understand LGTB Cinema and Television, is proud to announce the winners of the 5th edition of “Gayo Awards for LGTB Cinema and Television” to the best LGTB-themed films and TV series of 2005. All the films premiered at Spanish cinemas from March 2005 to February 2006 have participated, as well as the TV series with new episodes broadcast by Spanish TV channels during the same period.

Aunque de calidad muy inferior a la serie Urgencias, de la que parece ser una mera copia o adaptación a la española, «Hospital Central» ha conseguido gran audiencia en España, al saber mostrar en un tono cercano el día a día de un gran hospital español.

Desde Homocine queremos destacar los personajes de Maca (Patricia Vico), una pediatra que se incorpora al hospital, y Esther (Fátima Baeza), pues ambas tendrán una historia de amor.
